Executive Director
There’s no bigger cheerleader for Sanders County than Ray Brown.
Ray graduated from Thompson Falls High School in 1994 and in 2001 he received his BS in Business and Information Technology from the University of Montana.
In 2004, Ray returned to Thompson Falls for a 10-year high school reunion. He was so moved by the landscape that he couldn’t see himself living anywhere else. Ray’s love of Montana and his 25 years of working in the nonprofit and business sector makes him a natural fit for SCCD.
In addition to his Director duties, Ray is a DJ, and a father to an 18-year-old son and an 8-year-old blue heeler named Daisy Mae.
